Will make 100 x one litre batches of Soy, Coconut, Almond or a Dairy Milk Yoghurt!

This culture has been specifically grown on a non-dairy & non-soy based growth medium.
For making non-dairy yoghurt but will also make dairy yoghurt.

This Non-Dairy Culture consists of specifically selected strains of Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus plus the Probiotic cultures Bifidobacterium animalis ssp. lactis and Lactobacillus acidophilus.
