Irish Sea Moss has a broad array of vitamins, minerals and healthy fatty acids. This super food is rich in magnesium, high in protein, with a significant amount fo fibre, and contains only natural fat like those in avocado, coconut and nuts.

Irish Sea Moss (Gracilaria) is a vegan thickener and emulsifier that does not need any boiling and is a healthy substitute to gelatin.  May be used to fluff up or firm liquids, shakes, parfaits, mousse, pies, ice cream, nut or seed milks, yoghurt, cheese or pate.

It needs to be washed and soaked before use, and will turn a creamy white to translucent colour and double in volume.
